Founder
Mr. Hawadi founded PT GeoXp in 2009. PT Geoxp initially provided Drilling service, Geophysical Logging and Exploration Management Services. In 2015 the company expanded the portfolio of services by providing Technical Consulting within Indonesia offering Technical Services to the Mining Industry, including mine owners, contractors and investors.
Achmad Hawadi has been worked in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 35 years and has significant experience in the field of Geology and Technical Mining Studies. Previously he worked for PT Berau Coal, PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Mincom Indoservices (Mitrais) in Kalimantan and as Director of PT Britmindo where he provided an extensive range of services to many leading coal mining companies, stakeholders and financial investors within and without Indonesia.
During his professional career, he was either managed or contributed significantly to numerous technical studies for mining projects related to coal exploration, geological modelling, mine assessment, evaluations, mine planning, reporting in accordance with the JORC and KCMI Code, feasibility studies and due diligences for numerous Indonesian coal mining companies, financial investors and potential investors.
Mr. Hawadi graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Grandfather Clause and an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia” (GFC & CPI – IAGI) and Indonesian Professional Engineer.
Since 2009 Mr. Hawadi has been significantly involved in the compilation of JORC and KCMI Compliant Resources and Reserves Reports and Feasibility Studies on Indonesian Coal Deposits.

Muhamad Harun has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 30 years. He has significant experience in the field of Coal Exploration and Resources Assessment and has worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT BHP Maruwai and PT Britmindo.
During this time he has either managed or contributed significantly to numerous exploration programs management, feasibility study, technical due diligence and JORC resources assessments for many companies.
Mr. Harun graduated from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, majoring in Geology, a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), an Indonesian Competent Person of “Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia” (CPI – IAGI) and Professional Engineer.Associate Consultants
Has been working in the Indonesian coal mining industry for over 45 years. Has significant experience in the field of Geotechnics.
Member of the International Association for Mathematical Geology (IAMG), IAGI and Indonesian Professional Engineers.
Has been working in the Indonesian Coal Mining industry for over 32 years with more than 15 years in the logistic and transport business.
He has significant experience at senior mine management overseeing operation, engineering, plant maintenance, coal terminal, logistics and transportation in mining. Previously, Having worked for PT Arutmin Indonesia, PT Trakindo Utama, PT Holcim Indonesia, PT Dwimakmur Primatamas and PT Britmindo.
During his services to these companies, he held various senior positions in the management and led a number of major expansion project.
Has been working in the Metallurgical and Financial and Market Analysis field for over 25 years. Has significant experience in ore processing, strategic planning and investment analysis.
Member of the Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) and has been certified in Risk Analyst (CRA) and Risk Management (CRM).
Has been participating in the Indonesian Graduate Academic and Consulting forum for over 30 years.
Has significant experience in the field of environmental impact analysis, environmental reviews RTRW, DED and environmental implementation programme monitoring.
Has certificates for several subjects in relation to environmental requirements such as AMDAL-A, Environmental Engineering Expert, Water Management, and Professional lecturer of Environmental Engineering. She is a member of the International Water Association (IWA), IATPI, KAI, APHW and ENSEARCH.
